Who are we? FND Action’s journey started in 2016, when we became the first registered charity in the UK to support people diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). You may not have heard of FND before, but it is an extremely common diagnosis in Neurology that affects thousands of people in the UK. HSP Support Group   (Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia):  People with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP), their families and carers are at the heart of everything we do:
Our information and support helps improve the quality of life for those affected by HSP.
Our friendly support community helps with sharing ideas and reducing feelings of isolation.
We support research into HSP, including developing treatments and improving understanding.




Singing for the Memory, Medway:  Join the singing group for people living with dementia and other cognitive impairments and their carers and friends which is held on the second Friday of each month. The sessions are held from 2.00pm to 3.30pm in the Parish Centre, St Peter's Church, Delce Road, Rochester ME1 2EH.  Car parking available.  Please click HERE

Multiple System Atrophy Trust  Has recently published the results of a MSA NEED SURVEY.  73% of respondents said that MSA severely impacted their quality of life with only 5% saying that they could still live independently.
